Cabbage Salad Recipe 2

Instructions
  1. Let the cabbage stand some time in cold or ice water.
  2. Slice very fine, season with salt and paprika, or, omit the paprika and use a green or red pepper, sliced fine, or small preserved peppers, chopped fine.
  3. Remove the seeds from the peppers before chopping.
  4. Mix mayonnaise or a boiled dressing with the cabbage when it is ready to serve.
