Cabbage, Roasted Recipe

Ingredients for Cabbage, Roasted

• 1 cabbage, large, washed
• ½ cup butter or shortening
• 3 cups water
• Seasonings to taste

Instructions

1. Roasted Recipe, Put all ingredients in a baking pan.
2. Bake in moderate oven for 55 minutes, basting frequently.
3. Serve.
4. The cabbage is a little browned on the outside and of a very pleasing flavor.
