Butter Scotch Recipe 2

Instructions
- Two cups of light brown sugar, one cup of butter, one tablespoon of vinegar and one of water.
- Mix all together and boil twenty minutes.
- Add one- eighth of a tablespoon of baking soda, and as soon as it will crisp in cold water remove from the fire.
- When done pour out on a flat buttered tin and mark off in squares.
