Butter Scotch Recipe 2

Instructions

1. Two cups of light brown sugar, one cup of butter, one tablespoon of vinegar and one of water.
2. Mix all together and boil twenty minutes.
3. Add one- eighth of a tablespoon of baking soda, and as soon as it will crisp in cold water remove from the fire.
4. When done pour out on a flat buttered tin and mark off in squares.
