Ingredients for Buck Rarebit Recipe

• 4 ounces cheese
• 4 whites of eggs
• Cayenne and salt
• 4 rounds of hot buttered toast

Instructions

1. Cut up the cheese and melt it with cayenne and salt.
2. Poach the egg whites of eggs.
3. Pour the cheese on the toast and place the poached whites on top of the cheese.
4. Serve immediately.
