Ingredients for Bryn Mawr Fudge
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 pound sugar (2 cups)
- 3 tablespoons chocolate, grated
- ¼ pound marshmallows, broken in pieces
- ½ pint cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Mix chocolate, sugar and cream in a sauce pan and bring to a boil.
- Add the butter.
- Boil to 240 degrees F.
- Remove from fire.
- Add the marshmallows and vanilla, Pour into buttered pan.
- Cut in squares before it hardens too much.
