Ingredients for Brussels Sprouts And Vermicelli

  • Brussels sprouts (leftover), cooked
  • Vermicelli, broken in pieces
  • A little water
  • Butter
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the vermicelli in salted water for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Drain off water.
  3. Add the Brussels sprouts, a little water, butter and seasonings to the vermicelli.
  4. Put in all ingredients in a sauce pan and let cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
