Ingredients for Brussels Sprouts And Vermicelli
- Brussels sprouts (leftover), cooked
- Vermicelli, broken in pieces
- A little water
- Butter
- Seasonings to taste

Instructions
- Boil the vermicelli in salted water for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Add the Brussels sprouts, a little water, butter and seasonings to the vermicelli.
- Put in all ingredients in a sauce pan and let cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
