Ingredients for Brussels Sprouts And Carrots
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, cleaned, washed, cut in halves
- 5 carrots, peeled, sliced thin
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ½ tablespoon sugar
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a stew pan.
- Cover.
- Boil slowly for about 20 minutes.
- Then serve.
