Ingredients for Brussels Sprouts And Anchovies

  • 2 pounds Brussels Sprouts, washed, cleaned
  • 6 anchovy filets, chopped fine
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil Brussels sprouts in salted water for about 20 minutes.
  2. Drain off water.
  3. Put butter and anchovies in a stew pan.
  4. When butter has melted, put in the Brussels sprouts and seasonings.
  5. Cook together for about 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. Mix well and serve.
