- ½ pound Brussels sprouts, washed, cleaned
- ½ cup noodles, broken in pieces
- 7 cups water
- 1 cup milk, scalded
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Put all ingredients, except the milk, in a kettle.
- Cover.
- Cook for about 20 minutes.
- Add the scalded milk and serve.
