Ingredients for Breakfast Casserole Recipe
- 1 pound sausage
- 8 ounces refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Cook sausage over medium until cooked through.
- Place dough in a greased casserole dish and top with sausage.
- Separately, stir together the eggs and cheeses.
- Pour egg mixture on top of sausage and bake for 25 minutes.
