Instructions

  1. Heat 1 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of butter, and season with salt, pepper, and onion juice.
  2. Dry in the oven 1/3 cup of bread crumbs, taking care to toss them about so as to evenly dry and keep separate.
  3. Do not brown.
  4. Bring the milk to a boil, and stir in the bread crumbs.
  5. To be served with game or fowl.
