Boiled Fresh Codfish Recipe

Instructions
- Lay a square, "chunky" piece of fish in salt and water for an hour.
- Sew it up in a well fitted white mosquito netting, put in a kettle with enough boiling water to cover it well, add 4 tablespoons of vinegar, and cook steadily, allowing ten minutes to the pound.
- Unwrap the fish and pour over it egg sauce.
