Ingredients for Bluefish With Tomatoes And Eggs Recipe

  • 2 large filets of bluefish
  • 2 eggs, boiled hard, chopped
  • 1 onion, peeled, chopped fine
  • 5 tomatoes, chopped fine
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Put the bluefish in a small baking pan.
  2. Season and add onion, tomatoes and butter.
  3. Bake in moderate oven for about 20 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, boil the eggs hard, shell and chop them.
  5. Before serving the fish, sprinkle with the chopped egg.
