Ingredients for Bluefish With Tomatoes And Eggs Recipe
- 2 large filets of bluefish
- 2 eggs, boiled hard, chopped
- 1 onion, peeled, chopped fine
- 5 tomatoes, chopped fine
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Seasonings to taste

Instructions
- Put the bluefish in a small baking pan.
- Season and add onion, tomatoes and butter.
- Bake in moderate oven for about 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, boil the eggs hard, shell and chop them.
- Before serving the fish, sprinkle with the chopped egg.
