Ingredients for Blueberry Tea Cake Recipe
- 2 cups blueberries
- 4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk

Instructions
- Mix and sift the dry ingredients, add milk slowly, melted butter and eggs well beaten.
- Beat all together thoroughly, dredge blueberries with flour and fold into the batter.
- Fill greased gem pans three-quarters full and bake one-half hour in a moderate oven.
- Serve with stewed berries.
