Ingredients for Blackberry Jam Custards Recipe

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup blackberry jam
  • 1/2 cup butter

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Bake in pastry, cover with meringue.
  3. If yolks only are used spread cream icing on top.
  4. Raspberries and strawberries may be used the same way.
