Ingredients for Blackberry Cake Recipe

• 1 cup sugar
• ¾ cup butter
• ¾ cup buttermilk
• 1 cup blackberry jam
• ¼ teaspoon cloves
• 4 eggs
• 2½ cups flour
• 1 teaspoon soda
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon allspice
