Ingredients for Blackberry Bounce Recipe
- Blackberries, enough for 2 quart of juice
- 2 lb. sugar
- 1/2 quart brandy
- Optional spices
Instructions
- Stew the blackberries, then strain through a flannel bag.
- Add one pound of sugar to each quart of juice.
- Boil five minutes and skim.
- When cold, add 1/4 quart of brandy to each quart of juice.
- Spice to taste.
