- 1 cup chopped nuts--pecans best
- 1 cup chopped dates
- ½ cup sugar
- 2-3 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Mix as cake, except beat whites and yolks together and bake in biscuit pan Break in pieces while hot and sprinkle with powdered sugar Serve cold with whipped cream
