Ingredients for Beets With Maple Syrup

• 8 beets, washed
• ½ cup maple syrup
• 4 tablespoons butter
• Seasonings to taste

Instructions

1. Bake the beets in moderate oven for about 45 to 50 minutes.
2. Remove beets from oven and peel and slice them.
3. Put beets, butter, maple syrup and seasonings in a baking dish.
4. Bake in moderate oven for about 15 minutes.
5. Then serve.
