Ingredients for Beets And Grapefruit

• 14 beets
• 2 grapefruit, peeled, quartered
• 4 tablespoons butter
• Seasonings to taste

Instructions

1. Boil the beets in salted water for about 45 minutes.
2. Peel and slice them.
3. Put butter in a sauce pan.
4. When foaming, add the beets and the seasonings.
5. Then add the grapefruit.
6. Let cook 2 minutes.
7. Then serve.
