Ingredients for Beet Tops With Vinegar And Tomatoes
- 4 cups beet tops, washed, cut in long pieces
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste

Instructions
- Boil the beet tops in salted water for about 20 minutes.
- Drain off water, Put butter, tomatoes and seasonings in a frying pan.
- Cook for 5 minutes, then add the beet tops and vinegar.
- Let cook slowly for 4 minutes.
- Then serve.
