• Celery, washed, cut in small pieces
• Beets, cold boiled, sliced
• Potatoes, cold boiled, sliced
• Cream dressing
• (To make cream dressing: Mix½ teaspoon of salt and pepper with½ teaspoon of lemon juice. Add¾ pint of thick cream gradually, stirring constantly.)
