Ingredients for Beef and Noodle Casserole Recipe
- 6 ounces egg noodles, cooked
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cans condensed tomato soup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 pound shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Brown the ground beef, draining off any excess grease.
- While on medium heat, stir in the soup, Worcestershire, and garlic.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir the sherry into the beef mixture and stir until incorporated.
- Place the noodles in a large baking dish and top with the beef mixture.
- Top with the cheese
- Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
