Ingredients for Beef Tenderloin With Mushrooms And Potatoes Recipe

  • 3 pounds beef tenderloin
  • 1 pound mushrooms, washed and quartered
  • 6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup water
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Blend together the butter, water, and seasonings.
  2. Put all ingredients in a roasting pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
  4. Then serve.
