- 3 pounds beef tenderloin
- 1 pound mushrooms, washed and quartered
- 6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ cup water
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Blend together the butter, water, and seasonings.
