Ingredients for Beef Tenderloin With Carrots And Parsley Recipe

  • 2 pounds beef tenderloin, cut into thin pieces
  • 8 carrots, peeled, cut into thin slices
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup parsley, chopped
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. I separate frying pans, saute the tenderloin and the carrots with butter.
  2. Mix together, add chopped parsley and seasonings, and serve.
