Ingredients for Beef Loaf Recipe 3

• 4 pounds of round
• 2 cups of bread crumbs
• 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
• 1 teaspoon of pepper
• 1 large onion
• 2 teaspoons of salt
• 4 eggs

Instructions

1. Chop the round very fine; add bread crumbs, chopped parsley, pepper, onion, salt, and 4 eggs.
2. Mix together, then pack into a square bread-pan.
3. Bake for two hours in a moderate oven, basting occasionally.
4. Serve cold, cut in thin slices with cream horseradish sauce.
