Ingredients for Beef Hot-pot Recipe

  • 2 pounds of beef ribs
  • 1 tablespoon of dripping
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 6 small green peppers
  • A little black pepper
  • Thyme, vinegar, raisins, olives, and tomatoes, all to taste
  1. Place a cover on the saucepan and stew until boiled to rags.
  2. Thicken with butter rolled in browned flour, and serve on toast.

Instructions

  1. Put beef ribs into a saucepan with 1 tablespoon of dripping.
  2. Season with chopped onions, green peppers, black pepper, thyme, vinegar, raisins, olives, and tomatoes.
  3. Place a cover on the saucepan and stew until boiled to rags.
