Ingredients for Beef And Macaroni Casserole Recipe

  • 1½ pounds beef round, passed through meat chopper
  • 1½ cups macaroni, broken in pieces
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the macaroni in salted water for about 20 minutes.
  2. Drain off water and cool for about 3 minutes.
  3. In a bowl mix together the beef, egg, macaroni and seasonings.
  4. Put butter in a frying pan.
  5. Put on hot fire.
  6. When butter is foaming, put beef and macaroni mixture in the frying pan.
  7. Let cook for about 2 minutes.
  8. Place frying pan in a hot oven and let cook for about 10 minutes.
  9. Then serve.
