Ingredients for Beef And Macaroni Casserole Recipe
- 1½ pounds beef round, passed through meat chopper
- 1½ cups macaroni, broken in pieces
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste

Instructions
- Boil the macaroni in salted water for about 20 minutes.
- Drain off water and cool for about 3 minutes.
- In a bowl mix together the beef, egg, macaroni and seasonings.
- Put butter in a frying pan.
- Put on hot fire.
- When butter is foaming, put beef and macaroni mixture in the frying pan.
- Let cook for about 2 minutes.
- Place frying pan in a hot oven and let cook for about 10 minutes.
- Then serve.
