Ingredients for Beef, Mexican Braised Recipe
- 5 pounds beef round, whole piece
- 4 green peppers, seeded, cut in pieces
- 3 cups red beans (soaked 8 hours)
- 6 onions, peeled, sliced
- ½ love garlic
- 6 tomatoes, cut in quarters
- 6 cups water
- vegetable oil
- Seasonings to taste

Instructions
Mexican Braised Beef Recipe
Brown the beef on both sides in the vegetable oil.
- Put beef in kettle with all other ingredients.
- Cover.
- Cook slowly for about 1 hour on the stove, then for 2 hours in the oven.
- Serve.
