Ingredients for Beef, Barley And Carrot Soup Recipe

  • 1½ pounds beef round, cut in small dice
  • 4 carrots, peeled, sliced
  • 1½ cups barley
  • 8 cups water
  • 1 onion, peeled, sliced
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a stew pan.
  2. Cook slowly for about 1 1/2 hours.
  3. Serve.
