Ingredients for Beans (lima) And Vermicelli

  • 2 cups lima beans, shelled
  • 2 cups vermicelli, broken in pieces
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Seasonings to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil separately in salted water the lima beans for 25 minutes, and the vermicelli for 15 minutes.
  2. Drain off water.
  3. Mix together with a fork, add the butter and seasonings, and serve.
