Ingredients for Beans (lima) And Vermicelli
- 2 cups lima beans, shelled
- 2 cups vermicelli, broken in pieces
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste
Instructions
- Boil separately in salted water the lima beans for 25 minutes, and the vermicelli for 15 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- Mix together with a fork, add the butter and seasonings, and serve.
