Ingredients for Bavarian Cream

  • Bavarian creams are a combination of fruit juices and other liquids, as milk, coffee, chocolate and cream
  • ½ box gelatin
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 1 cup strawberry juice and pulp
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 pint whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Soften gelatin in cold water for ten minutes Dissolve by putting vessel in hot water Strain this into strawberry and orange juice Add sugar and stir until thoroughly dissolved When mixture begins to set, fold in cream
