Ingredients for Battered Or Scrambled Eggs Recipe

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • 3-9 tablespoons milk or cream

Instructions

  1. In a frying pan, place one tablespoon of butter for each egg to be used.
  2. Beat the eggs until the whites and yolks are well mixed.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and add one to three tablespoons of milk or cream for each egg.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the hot butter and cook slowly, stirring constantly until the eggs are the desired consistency.
  5. Serve at once.
  6. A little onion juice or chopped parsley may be added to the eggs, if desired.
  7. Eggs cooked in this way in the top of a double boiler will be more creamy than those cooked in a frying pan.
