- 8 filets of sea bass
- 1 pound mushrooms, washed, sliced
- 1 onion, peeled, chopped fine
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- Seasonings to taste

- Put all ingredients in a small baking pan.
