Ingredients for Bass (striped) With Red Cabbage
- 1 striped bass, large
- ½ red cabbage, washed, shredded
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 lemons, juice only
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Seasonings to taste

Instructions
- Boil the cabbage in salted water for about 30 minutes.
- Drain off water.
- While the cabbage is boiling, put the bass, onions, butter, seasonings, lemon juice and water in a baking pan.
- Bake in moderate oven for about 25 minutes.
- Add the cabbage.
- Finish baking together, about 10 minutes.
- Then serve.
