Ingredients for Bass (striped) With Baked Tomatoes

  • 1 striped bass
  • 8 tomatoes, whole
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup water
  • Seasonings to taste-season highly

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a baking pan.
  2. Bake in moderate oven for about 40 minutes.
  3. Do not bake too quickly, or the tomatoes will crack.
  4. Then serve.
