Ingredients for Bass (black) With Leeks And Potatoes
- 2 filets of black bass, large
- 4 leeks, peeled, cut in pieces
- 5 potatoes, peeled, sliced thin
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup water
- Seasonings to taste

- Put all ingredients in a baking pan.
- Bake in moderate oven for about 20 minutes.
- Then serve.
