Ingredients for Bass (black) With Leeks And Potatoes

• 2 filets of black bass, large
• 4 leeks, peeled, cut in pieces
• 5 potatoes, peeled, sliced thin
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 1/3 cup water
• Seasonings to taste

Instructions
