Ingredients for Barbecued Salmon Recipe
- 3-4 4-6 ounce salmon steaks or fillets
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 tablespoons salad oil or olive oil
- Dash of salt
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
Instructions
- Place all ingredients to a sealable container.
- Shake well.
- Baste salmon with sauce and let sit for 1/2 hour.
- Spray a rack and shallow pan with non-stick spray.
- Place salmon steaks or fillets on the rack, skin side down, and the rack in the pan.
- Broil or grill for 7-10 minutes or until you salmon flakes easily with a fork. Avoid overcooking.
