Instructions

  1. Chop 1 cup seeded raisins, add 1/2 cup cleaned currants, 1 cup sugar, 2 tablespoon cracker dust, 1 beaten egg, juice and grated rind 1 lemon.
  2. Roll pie-crust very thin, cut in circles.
  3. Lay on each a tablespoon of filling; wet edges of paste; fold each side over the middle to form pointed ovals, dust with granulated sugar, and bake twenty minutes in slow oven.
