Ingredients for Baked Omelet Souffle Recipe 1

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons hot water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon corn oil

Instructions

  1. Heat corn oil in a quart-sized baking dish, rubbing the sides with the hot oil.
  2. Separate the eggs. Beat the whites stiff and the yolks until creamy.
  3. Add the cornstarch, water, and seasonings. Fold in the egg whites and yolks.
  4. Transfer to the heated baking dish and bake 12-15 minutes at 375 degrees F.
