Baked Squash Recipe 2

Instructions

1. If the shell is not too hard, the squash may be cut in pieces about the size of a potato.
2. Remove seeds and stringy portions, then set to bake on the grate of an oven suitable in temperature for baking potatoes.
3. The squash will bake in about forty minutes.
4. Remove to a hot dish.
5. Serve and eat as baked potatoes.
6. Baked squash is particularly good with beefsteak.
