Baked Potato and Fish Recipe

Instructions

Any kind of cold cooked fish may be used.

1. Season the flaked fish with salt, pepper and a little Worcestershire sauce
2. Toss with a small amount of cream to moisten
3. Butter a mold of the right size and press into it 1 cup of mashed potatoes
4. Fill each potato lined mold with alternate layers of fish, slices of egg, and mashed potato
5. Steam twenty minutes, or bake in a moderately hot oven fifteen minutes
6. Turn out on a hot platter, and garnish with watercress or parsley
