Baked Hubbard Squash Recipe

Instructions

  1. Wash a hard shelled Hubbard squash and cut into pieces large enough to handle with ease; it is impossible to make them of uniform size.
  2. Take out the seeds and pulp, being careful not to waste any of the good part.
  3. Bake like potatoes until a fork can pass through the meat easily.
  4. Serve in the shell and eat with butter and salt.
