Baked Halibut Steak Recipe

Ingredients for Baked Halibut Steak Recipe

• 2 pounds halibut steak
• Butter or other fat
• 1 cup milk
• Pepper and salt

Instructions

1. Rub steaks well with butter or other fat, pepper and salt.
2. Lay steaks in baking pan and pour the milk over them.
3. Baste often while cooking until all the milk is used.
4. Serve with mushroom sauce.
