Ingredients for Apricot Dessert (quick) Recipe

  • 1 quart apricots (canned), juice and fruit
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons gelatine
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Soak gelatine in a little cold water for about 3 minutes.
  2. Boil apricots, apricot juice and sugar together.
  3. Add the dissolved gelatine.
  4. Let boil for 1/2 minute.
  5. Pour into champagne glasses.
  6. Cool and serve.
