Instructions

  1. Rub through a sieve enough Canned or stewed apricots to make 1 cup.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon gelatin soaked and dissolved in 1 tablespoon cold water (How to Use Gelatin).
  3. Fold in 1/2 to 1 cup whipped cream and freeze like Desserts and Salads That Need No Stirring.
