Ingredients for Apple Snow Recipe

• 3 egg whites
• 3/4 cup apple pulp
• Powdered sugar

Instructions

1. Beat apple pulp on a platter with the egg whites until stiff (using wire whisk).
2. Gradually powdered sugar to the apples to taste and continue beating.
3. Pile lightly on glass dish, chill, and serve with custard.
