Apple Sauce Recipe 1

• 4 apples
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1/2 cup water

1. Pare and core apples. Cut into quarters.
2. Put apples in saucepan with the water.
3. Cook slowly until soft.
4. Add the sugar and cook about 2 minutes longer.
5. Beat and mix well.
