Ingredients for Another Fish Sandwich Recipe

• Any cold boiled fish - cod, bluefish, haddock, or white fish.
• Hard-boiled eggs
• White sauce or sweet cream
• Worcesterchire sauce
• Minced parsley

Instructions

1. Flake the fish quite fine.
2. To each cup of flaked fish mix 1 chopped hard-boiled egg and sufficient white sauce or sweet cream to moisten.
3. Add a little Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 teaspoon minced parsley.
4. Spread between slices of bread.
