Ingredients for Almond And Rice Cakes Recipe

  • 2 ounces ground almonds
  • 2 ounces butter
  • 2 ounces sugar
  • 4 ounces ground rice (rice flour)
  • 2 whites of egg

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter to a cream; add the sugar and almonds; then sprinkle in the rice, beating it all the time.
  2. Whip the whites of eggs to a stiff froth, and mix all together.
  3. Drop about a teaspoon on a well greased baking tin, either flat or shallow
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately ten minutes, or until they are light golden brown.
